Shipping policy

We work with the logistics companies Deutsche Post (Warenpost), DHL (Paket & Sperrgut) and Emons (Freight forwarding goods). Thus, we can ensure a fast and safe delivery in almost all countries. For items in the parcel shipment, the shipping costs are calculated only once, with forwarding goods add up the shipping costs because each part generates another package. With simultaneous order of parcel-transportable articles or bulky goods and freight forwarding goods, the highest shipping costs will be charged once.

Shipping costs

We ship particularly small items up to max. 1kg and the packaging size 25.3 x 25 x 5cm by Warenpost. Anything over this is considered a DHL packages .

DHL packages are possible up to 31.5 kg max. 120 x 60 x 60 cm, DHL bulky goods include packages with max. Length of 200cm or max. Girth measurement 360cm (= length + 2x width + 2x height)

Heavy items (engines, transmissions ...) or parts with large dimensions (bumpers, hoods, doors ...) are sent by freight carrier. Calculation basis here is the real or the volume weight of the shipment.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5- 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time..
